Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TernSIM and your purchase of travel eSIM data plans. By buying or using a TernSIM eSIM, you agree to them.

The service

TernSIM sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans supplied by our connectivity partners. We are a reseller of data connectivity; the underlying mobile networks are operated by third-party carriers in each destination.

Eligibility & devices

You are responsible for confirming your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. Plans are for lawful personal use and normal data consumption.

Installation and use

• Each eSIM can be installed once. Deleting it from your device is permanent — it cannot be reinstalled and remaining data is forfeited.
• Plans have a fixed data allowance and validity period, both shown at purchase. Validity typically starts on first connection to a network.
• Speeds depend on the local carrier and may be subject to fair-use policies on some plans.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout via Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.

Disclaimers & liability

Connectivity is provided "as available" and depends on third-party networks and your device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TernSIM's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected eSIM.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TernSIM is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
