This policy explains what data TernSIM collects, why, and who we share it with. We collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver your eSIM.

What we collect

• Email address — to deliver your eSIM and send order receipts and support replies.
• Order details — the plan you bought, its activation code, and usage status.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted processors to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our connectivity provider (eSIM Access / RedTea Mobile) — to provision your eSIM profile and report data usage.
• Resend — to send your eSIM delivery and support emails.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@ternsim.com.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
